In this role you will deliver evidence-based and manualised programmes of therapeutic support to prevent relapse in group-work settings and on a one-to-one basis (normally for up to a period of 9 months).

The role:
- Deliver evidence-based and manualised programmes of therapeutic support to prevent relapse in group-work settings and on a one-to-one basis (normally for up to a period of 9 months).
- Promote the Recovery Agenda and encourage peer-to-peer support.
- Deliver fortnightly mutual aid groups for service users and concerned others.
- Staff Single Point of Contact on a rota basis.
Additional Information:
Location: Aberystwyth and Cardigan, covering all of Ceredigion. A willingness to travel to Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, on occasion, is essential.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £25,750
Duration: Permanent, in line with funding
