Specialist Violence Against Women, Domestic and Sexual Violence (VAWDSV) Substance Use Worker

To support and deliver substance use interventions to victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse, with the aim to end violence against women. The post holder will link with domestic abuse specialist services within the local authorities across CTM to ensure services are delivered in a holistic and person centred way. As part of the team, the post holder will endeavour to improve relationships and outcomes for individuals by providing support/interventions on an outreach basis,working closely with all other organisations involved.

Additional Information:

Location: Office base – Merthyr Tydfil. Flexibility to work across all areas of Cwm Taf, where required.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: Starting at £25,750

Duration: Permanent, in line with funding
