MDT Substance Use Outreach Worker
This role will provide an assertive outreach response to service users who are not currently engaged in treatment provision and recovery support and or require complex unmet need proactive engagement tools to facilitate access to services and reduce barriers to engaging in treatment. Engagement Officer
As our Engagement Officer, you will work with supervision, support and mentoring from the Senior Engagement Officer and will report to the Project Manager. The main focus will be helping vulnerable, fuel poor households, particularly those in poor housing stock with insufficient heating by delivering a range of advice and support interventions that help address these issues.

Specialist Violence Against Women, Domestic and Sexual Violence (VAWDSV) Substance Use Worker
To support and deliver substance use interventions to victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse, with the aim to end violence against women. The post holder will link with domestic abuse specialist services within the local authorities across CTM to ensure services are delivered in a holistic and person centred way. As part of the team, the post holder will endeavour to improve relationships and outcomes for individuals by providing support/interventions on an outreach basis,working closely with all other organisations involved.
