Through our projects, young people will understand their rights and entitlements, how systems work, and be offered opportunities for integration and personal development which will combat isolation, promote empowerment, and improve wellbeing. Community Micro-enterprise Catalyst
You will lead the Wrexham Community Micro-enterprise Project which will support local entrepreneurial people and community organisations to offer new and creative care and support options for people who need help at home. In this way we will help people to get the support they need to live the life they want.
