Youth Welfare Officer (Swansea)
Do you want to be part of an exciting project providing Advocacy, Mentoring and Participation funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to provide a holistic approach to giving Refugees the support, knowledge and skills they need to build resilence and thrive? Through our projects, young people will understand their rights and entitlements, how systems work, and be offered opportunities for integration and personal development which will combat isolation, promote empowerment, and improve wellbeing. Project staff are home based and the service may in part be provided remotely. Do you have experience of working with young people? Do you have the skills to make this Project work? Integrated Family Support Team (IFST) Caseworker
The Family Worker will provide specialist support to families, to reduce / limit harms to children and young people who are affected by parental drug and alcohol use, domestic violence / intimate partner violence and parental mental health by providing a child and family focussed service.
