Summary:
Key details/responsibilities:
- Engage service users in CTDAS substance use treatment system.
- Deliver evidence-based and manualised brief interventions and semi structured interventions on a one-to-one basis to substance users and concerned others.
- Support and liaise with the Drug and Alcohol single point of Access worker (DASPA).
- Conduct high level assessments including risk assessment.

Additional Information:
Location: Flexibility to work across all areas of Cwm Taf, where required.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £25,000
Duration: Permanent, in line with funding
