Summary:
Together for Colwyn Bay (T4CB) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Community Development Lead to support a small team of staff and volunteers in the community asset-based regeneration of Colwyn Bay. This role is pivotal in mentoring volunteers, enhancing initiatives like Colwyn Bay Repair Cafe, Gaming Club, Colwyn Bay Pride and The Big Picnic, and building strong relationships with local community organisations to foster a supportive environment for community development in Colwyn Bay.

We do this as a collective of residents, sharing our skills and connections to make project come to life.

Job Role:
T4CB is looking for a dynamic and experienced Community Development Lead to support a small team of staff and volunteers in the community asset-based regeneration of Colwyn Bay. This role is pivotal in mentoring volunteers, enhancing initiatives like Colwyn Bay Repair Cafe, Gaming Club, Colwyn Bay Pride and The Big Picnic, and building strong relationships with local community organisations to foster a supportive environment for community development in Colwyn Bay.
We are at an exciting stage in our development as an organisation, and are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person for this role to continue driving development in Colwyn Bay.
Additional Information:
Contract Type: 12-month fixed term (with the possibility of extension subject to funding)
Location: Colwyn Bay, Conwy
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £30-32,000 (depending on experience) per annum pro-rata
Closing date: 9am Monday 20th May, 2024
