Do you want to be part of an exciting project providing Advocacy, Mentoring and Participation funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to provide a holistic approach to giving Refugees the support, knowledge and skills they need to build resilence and thrive? Through our projects, young people will understand their rights and entitlements, how systems work, and be offered opportunities for integration and personal development which will combat isolation, promote empowerment, and improve wellbeing. Support Worker
You will predominantly be working with young people under 18, who have experience of self-harm. You will play a key role in providing them with support and advocacy both on a 1-2-1 basis and within a group setting: working with them to develop their emotional skills which will allow them to cope more effectively with the difficulties in their lives.
