Through our projects, young people will understand their rights and entitlements, how systems work, and be offered opportunities for integration and personal development which will combat isolation, promote empowerment, and improve wellbeing. Boost Project Mentor Lead
Our cultural vision is one of developing and maximising our people’s potential. The Boost project team leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project and support of the peer advisors and placements. They will also ensure the project meets its targets and outcomes whilst supporting peers and the partner organisations associated with the project as the first point of contact.
