The role will monitor the Single Point of Contact CAVDAS email, website ‘contact us’ notifications and Single Point of Contact telephone number for Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan. They will be responsible for updating and facilitating initial referrals, signposting, and ensuring appropriate response for specialist support and information.
