Job Role:

If you:
Have excellent communication, telephone, organisational and IT skills,
Possess excellent communication skills and an empathic and non-judgmental approach to working with the people you support.
Are either a bilingual Welsh and English speaker, or willing to develop your Welsh language skills.
Have a strong commitment to and understanding of issues of social justice, human rights, equality and inclusion,
Enjoy working as part of a team and engaging with a wide range of people, both professionals and clients of the service,
Want to commit to undertaking the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Qualification (Level 2 for any non-advocacy roles such as the CCW role).

You may have the skills required for this role.

Excellent remuneration and flexible working with opportunities to develop your role and extensive training opportunities.

Additional Information:

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Pembrokeshire / hybrid working

Contract: Established long term funding

Salary: £24,491 – £27,205

Closing date:: 12.00 noon Wednesday 10th April 2024

Interviews: Wednesday 17th April IMHA and Thursday 18th April CCW 2024

Start date to be agreed.
