We are currently recruiting for an Administration and Governance Assistant to work within our Cardiff or London office.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their governance experience in an expanding business.

Job Role:

As Administration & Governance Assistant you will be responsible for administration and governance support for the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Tempo, working closely with them to ensure that planning and preparation for meetings, key events and activities runs smoothly and that appropriate records and documentation are maintained.  In addition, you will also incorporate acting as a Single Point of Contact with our outsourced IT support provider for day-to-day matters, and supporting the Finance team with data processing tasks.

You will be proactive and passionate about serving the organisation and creating positive, lasting change that builds on the skills and assets of all.  You are able to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels, build relationships quickly and work collaboratively with a range of people both internal and external to the organisation.  Additionally you will be customer focused, have an eye for detail with the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload to see things through and get results.

*Location:  London Office – 15 Old Ford Road, Bethnal Green, E2 9PJ or Cardiff Office – Cowbridge Road West, Cardiff, CF5 5BS Salary: £22,000 plus pension (£2,000 London Weighting Allowance if appropriate)
