  • To provide face to face therapeutic intervention and support to young people & young adults seeking help to tackle their drug and alcohol misuse, using the range of models and methods that have been agreed for use within the Cardiff Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT)
  • To conduct triage, risk and comprehensive assessments in order to assess individual needs, identify goals, create a support package and to review the programme and outcomes on a regular basis within the MDT setting.
  • Carry a caseload of young people and young adults. The post holder would work with them to build resilience and recovery capital until the time is right for them to successfully transit into adult services or exit the services.

Additional Information:

Location: Cardiff

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: Starting at £25,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent, in line with funding. Current funding has been granted until 31/3/24

Closing date: 15th February 2024
