Wellbeing Mentor

We are currently recruiting for the post of Wellbeing Mentor, as part of the ESF Active Inclusion – Reach Programme. This role will identify and support eligible community members including tenants from various CCHA communities. You will work with participants to break down barriers to participation and employment related activities by creating bespoke action plans to support their individual needs, helping them to reach their full potential.
