Due to new funding and career progression we are looking for women to join us in our Training team as Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Trainers.
Welsh Women’s Aid is the national umbrella organisation in Wales for third sector specialist services working to end domestic abuse, sexual violence and other forms of violence against women.
Are you a highly skilled communicator with a passion for training and educating? Do you have experience in delivering and assessing training to a wide range or audiences, both online and face-to-face?
We’re seeking Trainers with a sound understanding of violence against women prevention and the role of services in responding to survivors, to work alongside others in a well-established team to develop and deliver high quality training programmes.
Effective organisational skills and a commitment to and understanding of the vision and values of Welsh Women’s Aid are essential.
Previous experience of working with children and young people advantageous.
Travel across Wales to deliver in-person training will sometimes be required in the future, as needed once travel restrictions are lifted. This role will be resourced to work from home remotely until this time.
1-year fixed term contracts
Location: flexible (Wales)
Full Time and Part Time roles available – various hours
