Voices From Care Cymru are looking to recruit for a Team Leader.

About Us:

Voices From Care Cymru represents the views, rights and experiences of children and young people who are or have been looked after in Wales.  Our aim is to ensure that young people’s voices are heard by decision and policy makers in Wales.

Job Role:

This post will take direct responsibility for managing designated projects and the staff relating to them.  They will provide frontline leadership to staff including planning and directing their work.  The post holder will also be required to develop relationships with partners and funders in order to ensure the effective and smooth running of services as well as maximising further opportunities.  They will develop their staff team through supervision and appraisal as well as regular team meetings and integrate them into the wider Operations team.  The post holder will report to the Programmes Manager.
