An exciting & rewarding opportunity to join Llamau’s new Locality Based Floating Support team in Cynon valley. Supporting the team to provide Early Intervention & Prevention support, and Floating Support (including low level), with a Financial Inclusion Officer on the team. Job Role:

You will be supporting the team to work with people to address priority housing related support issues promptly (Early Intervention), continuing support for those people with additional vulnerabilities, until moving to Low Level support, or independence, building their skills to be able to do this. You will also work closely alongside other agencies supporting the young person, including Benefits Agencies, landlords, Statutory Services, Education & Training providers, other third sector agencies and community resources.

Team Leaders take part in the ‘2nd tier’ On Call rota. Providing On Call support and advice for 1st Tier On Call, with issues and emergencies they may need to deal with. This may require providing some shift cover / out of hours project attendance where alternatives are not possible.
