The successful Changing Minds young person’s project is now in its final year and is looking for a dynamic and inspirational sustainability and project legacy officer to ensure the sustainability of this five year Big Lottery funded project beyond the end of the grant funding in November 2018 and to develop an ongoing legacy for the project across Gwent.
