Job Role:

You will have a can do approach and be committed to support people in a positive, creative way that enables people to live a full and exciting life.  Flexible working patterns will be required of Support Workers to meet the needs of the people we support, shifts will include evenings, weekends and sleep in duties. Autism Initiatives need Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives; if you feel that you share these values, we want to hear from you!

A genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Support Worker. You will work within an exciting new service providing person centred support for a complex and challenging young adult, working in partnership with them to develop specialist support to increase participation in meaningful activities and increasing daily living skills.  In return, ASCC will provide you with a full induction and ongoing learning, including Autism specific approaches.  We can also offer a truly rewarding role, with the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and your career.
