Skills Training and Community Wellbeing Worker

Job Role:

To develop, deliver and provide a range of Community Well Being activities and services, (throughout Monmouthshire) to meet the needs of individuals who experience or are at risk of experiencing mental health issues. This may include Open access/drop in facilities, Well-being checks, Self-Management Courses and Wellbeing and Activity Groups. Skills Training and Community Wellbeing Worker
