Shop Manager

The charity is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially-minded professional with a strong track record of working within retail or ideally charity retail.  We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual who is used to achieving challenging sales targets, managing staff or volunteers and has an ambition to drive income forward by effective stock management, visual merchandising and excellent customer service.

  • £16,118 per annum (depending on experience)

The service will also aid the transition from CAMHS into Community Mental Health Teams. Eventually, the service will aid the individual to then transitioning into independence within the community.
