We are looking for a person who will help us increase our policy influence to deliver on our ambitious strategy to continue taking Tai Pawb forward.
Tai Pawb is the leading national expert organisation promoting equality and diversity in housing.

We support and work with our members to help them put ideas into practice, we influence policy makers to make housing policy fair and we are the thought leaders on equality, diversity and human rights issues for the housing sector and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is value driven in their work, with a genuine understanding and empathy for how inequality affects people’s lives combined with a passion to turn these challenges into solutions; someone with great attention to detail who can recognise and engage effectively with emerging social policy and political agendas and partners; someone who can quickly develop effective and credible relationships with stakeholders, members and other equality organisations; a natural collaborator who can make links between national policy agendas, key equality issues facing diverse tenants and staff and our membership services. Finally, someone who can sustain and extend our visibility and impact coordinating our public relations, communications and marketing work, including events, working dynamically and flexibly with our small team
