We need a motivated individual with experience of welfare benefits advice and casework, who has worked with clients with mental health issues.
We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people’s lives.
Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
We’re an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.

As the Project Worker, you will have experience of working to empower clients to make informed decisions. We are seeking candidates who are adaptable, with a strong commitment to working as part of a dynamic and multi-skilled team within a busy office environment.

The post is based at our Bridgend office although travel will be required across the county, as advice will be delivered in various healthcare settings.
