Project Support Officer – Supported Accommodation
We are looking for caring and compassionate people to join our team in Ty Seren and support these young people to make changes to their lives, with a view of working towards independent living. We do this by building positive relationships and taking a ‘work with’ approach helping residents achieve their goals and take those next steps to independence. We don’t stop there. After this independence has been achieved, we continue to work with our young people in the community to help them navigate the first year of independent living.
