Fraud Support Agent

Victim Support is looking for full time victim focused Fraud Support officers for their busy National Contact Centre based in St Mellon’s.

The main purpose of the role is to provide confidential information and support for victims who contact the call centre in relation to the Fraud support work with banks and financial institutions.
