Executive Director – Development

As a member of the Executive Team, you’ll proactively lead the strategic and corporate direction of NCH in partnership with other senior managers and the board. You’ll play a key role in the long term strategic development of Newport City Homes (NCH), so you’ll need a demonstrable interest in Newport and social housing, although they welcome applications from further afield. You’ll have the drive to empower colleagues to deliver the association’s ambitious strategic framework.
