MDT Substance Use Outreach Worker
This role will provide an assertive outreach response to service users who are not currently engaged in treatment provision and recovery support and or require complex unmet need proactive engagement tools to facilitate access to services and reduce barriers to engaging in treatment. As our Project Delivery Officer, you will work with the supervision, support and mentoring from the Senior Project Delivery Officer and will report to the Project Manager. The main focus will be helping vulnerable, fuel poor households, particularly those in poor housing stock, with insufficient heating by delivering a range of advice and support interventions that help address these issues.

Integrated Family Support Team (IFST) Caseworker (part time)
The Family Worker will provide specialist support to families, to reduce / limit harms to children and young people who are affected by parental drug and alcohol use, domestic violence / intimate partner violence and parental mental health by providing a child and family focussed service.
