Gofal, the pioneering mental health and wellbeing charity, is embarking on an exciting period of development in high profile projects and commercial enterprises that make a real difference to people’s wellbeing. We want a dynamic Deputy Director of Commercial Operations to develop and manage the rapidly growing commercial employment and wellbeing opportunities that are key pillars in our new Strategy, with volumes expected to double by 2025. We currently support over 4000 people a year through our portfolio of projects and services with £7m annual income.

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Gofal supports flexible, mobile working and the role’s base will be agreed with the Commercial Director as Bridgend, Swansea or Cardiff with travel across Wales to be expected.
