The DAISE Plus Team Leader will develop and manage the Domestic Abuse Information Support and Empowerment (DAISE) Plus project provision to meet organisational, project specific and social objectives within agreed budget and quality standards.
Key responsibilities of the post:
* Develop the project in line with project specification, closely monitoring results to ensure achievement of KPI’s.
* Build, lead and motivate a staff team, creating an environment and culture which attract, inspire, and retain high quality people.
* Build, maintain, and manage constructive professional relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and/or funders.
* Ensure that staff, volunteers and others involved in providing services in partner agencies are able to recognise and understand signs of potential abuse and its impact.
