We have an exciting new vacancy for an Advice Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality, front-line service for victims of any form of discrimination, hate or harassment.
Race Equality First is an independent charity in Cardiff which supports victims of discrimination and hate crime and delivers projects to promote equality.
You will manage your own case load and, after we expand our service next year, you will also manage a small team of staff. You will develop relationships with key third, public and private sector organisations and ensure our advice service is delivered in line with contractual requirements to a high standard.
To be successful in this role you need to have experience of delivering casework services, providing advice and representing victims of hate crime or discrimination and be able to demonstrate an understanding of performance as well as good leadership/management skills.
Fixed term contract until 30 June 2022, with possible extension for further 2 years
