    The Travelling Ahead project provides an advocacy service working with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities around Wales (children, young people and adults) to access their rights and entitlements, address inequalities and tackle discrimination.

    To offer person centred support to help individuals who are furthest from employment into a volunteering placement to enhance wellbeing, increase skills and improve employability. To recruit a small team of volunteers who will be trained as mentors to assist both new volunteers and volunteers who will benefit from an enhanced level of support after the post has ended.
