    Farming for Wellbeing is a community-led wellbeing-focussed outdoor volunteering programme which offers participants wellbeing and learning opportunities, along with socialising and building a community. You will be working on site alongside volunteers, developing and monitoring the programme and managing a small staff team.

    Our cultural vision is one of developing and maximising our people’s potential. The Boost project team leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project and support of the peer advisors and placements. They will also ensure the project meets its targets and outcomes whilst supporting peers and the partner organisations associated with the project as the first point of contact.

You will play a key role in providing them with support and advocacy both on a 1-2-1 basis and within a group setting: working with them to develop their emotional skills which will allow them to cope more effectively with the difficulties in their lives.
