• Community Health Development Worker

    The role of Community Health Development Worker will take a lead role in building partnerships with local community organisations and service providers; working collaboratively to identify and fill gaps in local health and wellbeing provision; and supporting the development of a mix of volunteer-led and service-provider led groups, courses, activities and services to serve the Cluster area(s). Three posts are available, covering Canton and Riverside (22.5 hours), North Cardiff (37.5 hours) and West Cardiff (15 hours).

  • Wellbeing Connector

    The role of Wellbeing Connector will have responsibility for supporting a caseload of people to improve their health and wellbeing, through listening and helping them to identify their own assets, needs and goals; linking to suitable groups, services and activities within the community; and supporting and encouraging them to move towards their goals. The role will also involve building links with the local community and service providers, collecting information on local services and gaps in provision and supporting outreach work.

  • Monitoring and Administration Assistant

    This role will support the Yourspace wellbeing team with key functions including monitoring, reporting, communications and day-to-day administration. The role will include supporting the team to develop, improve and implement systems for monitoring of the service; production of reports and publicity materials for the team; and supporting with office and workstation set-up.

  • Senior Wellbeing Officer

    The role of Senior Wellbeing Officer supports the operational management of the Yourspace wellbeing service, which works 1:1 with people to improve health and wellbeing using social prescribing approaches. The role includes providing supervision and support to delivery staff; overseeing referral handling and monitoring; and liaising and building partnerships with key local partners.

  • Engagement Officer – Travelling Ahead Service

    £23,500 – 25,800 FTE

    The Travelling Ahead project provides an advocacy service working with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities around Wales (children, young people and adults) to access their rights and entitlements, address inequalities and tackle discrimination.

  • Volunteer Support & Service Trainer (Wales)

    We are looking for passionate trainers to upskill and develop our volunteers across each of the UK nations. This is a varied and exciting role which includes design and development of physical activities and self-management courses, designed to support people with arthritis to understand and manage their health and wellbeing.
