    Key details/responsibilities: Cyfle Cymru is a Peer Mentoring project which helps people develop confidence to make positive life changes, and provides support to access training, education, volunteering and employment. Our peer mentors draw on their own lived experience to support people affected by substance use and/or mental health conditions. Cyfle Cymru will support people aged 16 to 24 (Not in education, employment or training) and those 25+ that are economically inactive or long term unemployed.
