Customer Service and Data Manager
Linc are modernising our services and this includes the way we interact with our customers, contractors and staff. Achieving excellent customer services is high priority for us. We are looking for a Customer Service and Data Manager who can adopt new ways of working, who can embrace change and can take a modern systems approach to customer service. The role holder will be responsible for the customer services and the business support teams and will manage complaints, insurance claims, disrepair claims, data management and overall customer services.
