Chwarae Teg

Summary:

We want to change the world and make sure women achieve and prosper – do you?

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our award-winning Policy and Research Team supporting the development of a robust evidence base to influence change in public policy.

Job Role:

As Policy & Communications Partner, you’ll play an integral role in identifying and communicating the change needed to tackle the barriers that continue to hold women back.  Through drafting policy papers, consultation responses and articles,
developing methods of engagement and liaising with our communications team, you will ensure that women’s voices are heard by decisions makers at all levels in Wales.

Psst …You may think we just recruit women but we definitely don’t. We pride ourselves in Chwarae Teg on being an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from anyone excited by and experienced for this role.

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for policy, a flare for communication, a good understanding of politics and devolution; and an ambition to help women achieve and prosper.  You will also have well developed communication skills and demonstrate an ability to write for a range of audiences, including policy makers and the wider public.  If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Why Chwarae Teg?

Naturally, we offer a competitive benefits package (more about that later) and more importantly, you’ll get a great buzz from contributing to our vision every day whilst working with a talented team of people.  You’ll also be joining a dynamic and forward thinking charity that is ambitious and relentless in creating a Wales where women can achieve and prosper.
