Personal Development Support Worker
Church Army provides supported accommodation to homeless young people aged 16-21 years of age. We are looking for a Personal Development Support Worker to provide advice and support, negotiate and agree Support Plans / Reviews and goals for individual Service Users.
The ability to work a rota system that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays and some lone working is essential. The candidate must be flexible, have a non-judgemental approach and the ability to work constructively with young people who have complex needs. You will also be able to support young people in a way that encourages active engagement and promotes independence.

*34.5 hours per week (based on 6 weeks rota pattern) plus sleep in and overnight sessions.
**Salary £15,869 per annum plus sleep in and overnight allowances, increasing to £18,638 on completion of a satisfactory probationary period and relevant NVQ3 (or similar) qualification.
