This is a corporate role based within the Corporate Progamme and Performance Management Office to provide a key role in the management, monitoring and continuous improvement of CCG’s corporate performance and risk; managing a quality management system and support the successful delivery of CCG’s Corporate Plan 2015-20.

About Us:

Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd is a housing association set up in 2010 following a ‘yes’ vote from Gwynedd Council tenants.

As north Wales’ largest housing association, we provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need.  We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government. Being not-for-profit means any surplus income is put back into the business so that we are able to continue providing homes and services and achieve our objectives.

We have over 6,300 homes and we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties. Much of our properties are located in the county’s main towns of Bangor, Caernarfon, Pwllheli, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Dolgellau and Bala but we have property across the county in towns, villages and rural areas.  As part of our housing stock we have 400 sheltered units for older and more vulnerable individuals.

Over the past six years we have invested £137 million in our properties to achieve the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).
