Peer Mentor (Young People 16-24 yr olds)

We are looking to recruit a person to mentor young people aged 16 – 24 across Western Bay who have been affected by substance use or mental health towards training and employment opportunities.  They will manage a caseload of participants and source training and volunteering opportunities for young people and develop referral pathways for 16-24 year olds into the scheme.  The person will also be required to develop and coordinate a range of activities for 16-24 year olds designed to achieve the targets of the scheme.  They will work alongside a team of Peer Mentors and youth services in delivering services and outcomes for the scheme and support the Lead Peer Mentor in raising awareness of the service.
